1992-1993 - president of the Union of Artists of Moldova
1988-1995 - chief of Textile Art Chair, Art University, Chisinau
1985-1987 -painter at the Popular Art Association "Artizana", Chisinau
1977-1978 - painter-ethnographer, in the Popular Art Association "Artizana", Chisinau
1975-1977 - opens in native village the Art School branch for children
